Brian S. Hendrix, Associate

Brian has worked closely with multiple operating unit companies to improve management reporting, analyze operating results and create accountability for operating units and managers. Brian is experienced at developing standardized management reporting and cash management systems including meaningful financial projections, operating budgets and long-term financial planning. Brian also has experience in the development and implementation of acquisition strategies.

Brian has worked as a financial analyst and special project manager for companies with revenues ranging from $70 million to $1 billion where he performed various functions related to both the financial and operating areas of the companies.

These functions included developing annual operating budgets and performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of operating results including working closely with operating managers to address variances from plan. Brian's duties also included managing cash including the development of a projected cash flow model and creating a five-year financial model used for raising new capital.

Brian also has experience in the acquisition of companies including strategic planning, due diligence, completion of acquisitions and the integration of the companies after the acquisitions were completed. In addition, Brian has standardized management reporting for companies with several separate operating units which resulted in lower labor costs and operating expenses.

Brian holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Management, University of California, Irvine and a BA in Business Administration-Finance with emphasis in Financial Management and a Minor in Mathematics from California State University, Fullerton. Brian was a Dean's Scholar Award & Beta Gamma Sigma recipient. Brian has been a Varsity Basketball Official, Orange County Basketball Official's Association, where he has officiated varsity basketball for fifteen years and has been selected to work in the CIF playoffs for ten years.
