Joseph B. Prochot, Partner

Joe has extensive experience in the development and implementation of strategic business plans, operations management, financial restructurings, turnarounds and all facets of Mergers and Aqcuisitions (M&A) activities. Over the past 25 years he has served in a number of capacities including President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Restructuring Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Investment Banker providing various advisory services to stakeholders of middle market companies. He specializes in the development and implementation of unique business strategies emphasizing value creation for all stakeholders involved.

Joe has gained particular expertise in leading organizations through critical operational and financial situations to successful conclusions by providing interim CEO, COO and CRO services to a wide variety of companies in the manufacturing, distribution, food service and retail industries.

Joe began his career at Deloitte & Touché, in their private company advisory services group gaining significant experience serving companies in the manufacturing, food service, banking and retail industries with annual revenues from $10 million to $900 million.

Joe left Deloitte & Touché to join the management team of one of his clients, Nanco Enterprises, Inc. an investment company with holdings in the food service, water treatment, real estate and retail industries. During his tenure at Nanco, the last three years as President and COO, he was responsible for the portfolio of operating companies as well as all M&A activities.

Joe has direct hands-on operating experience gained as President and CEO of a manufacturing company, which was successfully revitalized from losing $500,000 per month to profitability and eventually sold at a significant profit to the shareholders. As an Investment Banker and business advisor, Joe has developed and implemented numerous profit improvement plans, operational turnarounds, growth strategies, debt financings, capital raises and corporate sales transactions, representing both buyers and sellers. Joe is a founding Partner of Plan Bravo Partners.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic University (CAL POLY) at San Luis Obispo, California. He graduated with honors and was voted by the faculty as one of the alumni of the year in 1988. Since 1992 he has been an active member in the The Executive Committee (TEC), an international organization of CEOs and the Big Brothers Program of Greater Milwaukee where he previously served on the Board of Directors and directed many of their fund-raising activities.
