Our approach to Corporate Finance including Debt Financing and Equity Infusions is to work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and key management people to design a capital structure that will specifically focus on both the Company’s short and long term objectives and assess the options available to the Company given the market conditions at the present time. These options will be reviewed with the Company and an implementation plan will be designed to meet the Company’s goals. Plan Bravo Partners will then negotiate with lenders or other capital sources to put this structure in place under the best possible terms.

The implementation plan will outline specific steps necessary to complete the financing or equity infusion in the shortest possible timeframe to minimize the effects of market changes.
